Rihanna found Dead after Tweeting Disturbing Selfie

Singer Rihanna was pronounced dead this morning by medical staff from the Hotel Excelsior in New York City, the singer had recently tweeted a picture of herself where she appeared to be sleepy or almost to the point of passing out just forty minutes before a call for help to the reception desk was placed by her friend and personal assitant Jenifer Rosales.

"Miss Rosales and Rihanna's 2 bodyguards were hysterical when they placed the calls for help around 2:45  in the morning, the chief of security from the hotel rushed to the suite where he noticed that Miss Rosales was attempting CPR on the now deceased before a call to 911 was placed" stated Chief of Security for the hotel Mr. Jaramillo.  The EMS crew arrived at the scene at 3:05 a.m. but by then they were able to conclude that the singer was unresponsive and declared her dead upon arrival at the hospital at 3:35 a.m.

No word yet from the New York City Chief of Police about the sudden death of the singer, but meanwhile thousands of fans are gathering outside the Excelsior Hotel where they already placed a shrine for the singer and they have been in vigil since the news spread on twitter and TMZ that the singer was rushed to the hospital and declared dead by the medical staff in the early hours of December 9th 2013

Cameron County DPS checkpoints will verify Immigration Status starting October 1st

In the past few weeks, concerned citizens of Cameron and Willacy County started protesting against random checkpoint that the local DPS implemented in the most busiest streets and Expressways of their county.  The whole purpose of the checkpoints is to verify if the motorists where complying with State Laws concerning insurance information and license plates and inspection stickers to be in order.  But angry locals are stating that Border Patrol Agents also started asking for citizens papers and proof that the motorists where legal in the Country.

Last week students of the University of Texas at Edinburgh and the Newly Formed TSTC protested near Expressway 77 stating that their rights where being violated and that DPS did not cared about motorists breaking the law that in fact the checkpoints where used to target and capture illegal immigrants that work illegally in the cities of Brownsville, Harlingen, Mission and Mcallen.

After a week of denying the evind, Sheriff Lucio announced today that in fact, starting October 1st, all motorists will have to comply to Border Patrol Agents regulations of showing proof of their citizenship, where they live, and if the motorists that are stopped are Mexican Nationals they are going to have to provide information as to why they are driving  illegally and will also be subjected to showing them paperwork related to the registration, ownership, and insurance of the motor vehicle, the reason they are driving in which ever city they are stopped and comply to Border Patrol to impound, relocate or take away the vehicle during interrogation.

The following counties will have these checkpoints starting next week and motorists are advises that if they are stopped the fines could range up to 2,500 dollars with a minimum of 30 days imprisonment.

Lamar Odom found dead at Bruno Jenners Former Mansion in Calabasas

Lamar Odom husband of socialite and reality tv star Khloe Kardashian was found dead by members of the Jenner family after he abruptly left a rehabilitation clinic in Calabasas, California after only attending for two days.  Odom's body was found by one of Bruce Jenner children that was visiting Jenner's residence over the weekend while helping Bruce Jenner packed some items for an estate sale.  Lamar Odom had reportedly broken a window in the garage late monday night and was discovered lying on the floor surrounded by drug paraphernalia and several bottles of vodka and beer.

Documents confirm Hannah Anderson and James Dimaggio were Having an Affair

 

The FBI just confirmed to CNN that they have reason to believe that Hannah Anderson had a sexual relationship with her abductor James Dimaggio that started when the teenager turned fourteen. Recently recovered deleted chats in their Facebook account and text messages clearly indicate that Hannah was aware of  DiMaggios intentions of running away, although is not clear if she knew that her mother and little brother were going to be killed.

The media has been paying close attention to Hannah Anderson and her public posts for friends and family hinting that maybe she is not grieving normally and already is posting pictures of herself smiling and enjoying luncheons with friends on her instagram profile.   Several clinical psychologists first hinted a problem with her behavior when she appeared all giddy and smiling at a recent family luncheon organized by her hometown to raise money for the burials of her mother and little brother that were brutally tortured and then set on fire by James Dimaggio, a long time friend of both her parents.

Friends of Dimaggio have stated on interviews that Hannah was always calling and texting dimaggio and that he had gotten too attach to the pretty teenager and was always catering to her needs, taking her to Las Vegas to see Lady Gaga and even purchasing her a brand new Iphone.  Hannah Anderson parents were aware of the gifts and friendship and even allowed Hannah to spend the night at Dimaggio's cabin in the woods, and always referred to Dimaggio as an "angel and protector of Hannah and her little brother Ethan".

Dimaggio's family wants investigators to sit down with Hannah and prosecute her for lying about being molested and kidnapped my DiMaggio and for her to take back all the statements she made to media claiming that  James Dimaggio was harassing her and that if she did not told her dad it was because she did not want the friendship to end.  Dimaggio's family want for  FBI agents to prove that Hannah enticed their son and made him kill her mother and family so she could run away and live her life as she wanted too. 

 An anonymous source close to the case and former friend of Hannah has come forward claiming that Hannah wanted to be free from her parents because she enjoyed drinking and taking drugs and that she was hopeful James Dimaggio will get her a new car and money and would help her get rid of her parents.

Usher Son Pronounced Dead after Pool Accident.

Sources from TMZ! have confirmed the death of Usher son Usher Raymond V earlier this evening.  The boy had gotten his arm stuck in the drainage system of his fathers pool yesterday and after a strenuous effort by the two gardeners and his grandmother he was eventually pulled out of the pool. Earlier today CNN reported that the boy was still in the ICU unit at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Hospital, but around 6:50 p.m. the news was out that he was being pulled out from the Ventilator that kept him alive after doctors discovered major cerebral hemorrhage and trauma and the boy suffered a major cardiac arrest too.

Local Teacher under arrest after sexual attack of a Dog.

A teacher of the year winner and local sports coach from BISD was placed under arrest after a night of partying and lewd behavior against a dog and a chicken in the corner of St Charles Street early saturday morning. Members of the Iglesia Bautista del Valle noticed a male individual kissing and fondling a dog and some sort of chicken while they were cleaning and trimming the landscape around the famous church early saturday morning and alerted the preacher, his wife and their children to contact BPD immediately with the news.

The Teacher of the year and local Football Coach assistant that has not been identified, was parked in a red
F150 Ford truck and had recently picked up the stray dog and purchased the bird in the local flea market when police approached him he denied the allegations stating that he was waiting for the church to open its doors because he needed to use the restroom.  When questioned about the animals he stated he kept them in the truck because it was hot outside.


The man in his early 50s was under the influence of cocaine and xanax and had several cans of dos equis in the floor of the truck.  Animal control were also called and they took the animals to the local shelter and are awaiting on lab tests to proof if there are signs of abuse.

Mr. Ramirez was booked at Carrizales and was set a bond of 3400 dollars and was charge with lewd behavior against an animal and driving while impaired.

New Consolidated Dog Law in Effect in Cameron County starting August 2013

A new set of dog laws and ordinances are going to be put in effect in all Cameron County starting August 22nd and are going to be enforcing a newer and stricter regulations and deadlines that all dog owners of the county will have to follow or else get arrested and charged with hefty fines that up to $4,000 dollars.

Senator Filemon Vela is in talks with Brownsville City Commissioners and Animal Control and are going to be giving out pamphlets and information to put up to speed all dog owners of the area, especially of the West Side of Brownsville, the Colonias at Cameron Park and Southmost residents to comply to the new rules and be ready for the changes before the deadline.


The New Laws regarding pets will include:

• All dogs must be seen wearing appropriate leashes and if they are kept outside they need to have a proper shelter, clean water and shade at all times of day and all year round.  Any dogs observed in the backs of the homes near the alleys or in front of the residences with a short leash and no clean running water or shade or shelter will be removed by animal control and the owners will be arrested on the spot and fine up to $450 dollars and up to 30 days incarceration for the owners of the residence.

• All dogs must be provided with bi monthly veterinarian check ups and vaccination and the owners must have proof that they are taking their pets to the vets whenever animal control agents or the police department respond to any calls of animals in distress. Failure to do so will result with the pets being relocated to the local shelters and fines up to $1,000 dollars.

• Small dogs weighing less than 35 pounds are not allowed to ride in automobiles or in their owners laps or to stare outside the windows.  They need to be restrained with a leash in an appropriate cage.  Also dogs weighing over 35 pounds are not allowed to ride in the back of pick up trucks or wander freely in parks, Boca Chica Beach and South Padre Island.  Dogs are allowed on the beach but only every second Saturday of the month and during the hours of 7:30 p.m. thru 6:50 a.m.  Any pet owner that decides to take their dogs and pooches in the times and days not scheduled, will be arrested on the spot and their pets surrender to local kill shelters.

• Residents of the colonias at Cameron Park, Riverside and Southmost are compelled to give away animals and not hoard them.  Only two dogs allowed for every 2,000 sq ft and also the owners have to show proof of veterinary care, shelter, leashes up to 45 feet in length and proper vegetation and clean water and food available.
• Southmost Rd residents and Cameron Park residents are going to be checked upon every two Saturdays by members of Animal Control that are going to be knocking from door to door checking up pon residents and to make sure they are getting rid of extra pets and taking care efficeintly with the pets they are left with.

Any pets displaying tumors, fleas, ticks, numbness in their extremities, over aggressiveness, and hyper active behavior will be put out in the spot and the owners will be presented with a coupon for all you can eat taquitos, at taquitos express.

BREAKING NEWS firetruck from Fire Station 2 at St Charles crashes into neighbors Residence

Concerned neighbors of St Charles street reported to our newsroom that around 9:15 p.m. a fire truck exiting from the fire station 2 lost control and crashed into a residence completely destroying the fence and taking down a beloved shrine to the Virgen of Guadalupe that is a major tourist stop for residents and tourists that pass by this residence.


Neighbors were upset that the police was not called and that members of the fire station used their flash lights to inspect the damage and place orange cones to divert traffic but never called the police or tried to calm down the owners of the property that are known to be well into their 80's and appeared disoriented as to why the fire truck was in their driveway.  People that witnessed the accident were saddened and pissed off that a famous shrine to Virgen de Guadalupe that lies in the couple garden was destroyed by the accident and that some firefighters were seen laughing about it.

The fire department did not wanted to be identified by concerned neighbors and tried to hush down the accident taking into consideration that owners of the home are elderly and could be easily persuaded to not call the Brownsville PD to fill up a report of the accident.

Catalina Resas Garcia under arrest for sexual misconduct

Catalina Recias Garcia was taken into custody a midst allegations that she sexually harassed an attorney that was hired by the board to oversee any legal problems with the county.  The name of the attorney is being kept confidential while investigators and members of the BISD party gather evidence and testimony to present in court in due time.

Southmost Family homeless after crew demolishes wrong House.

A southmost family of eight are asking for the public help with donations of clothes, baby items, groceries and furniture following a terrible mistake when Cameron Works employees mistakenly demolished the wrong home early yesterday morning.

Some of the residents of the home were still in the house sleeping when they felt the ground shake and amidst screams and worried neighbors trying to get the attention of the crew so they could stop the demolition they were able to run out of the house and into the street before the 3 room home collapsed on part of the driveway.

Maria Enriquez of Brownsville, Texas with her four children aged 12, 14, 17 and a 21 year old were able to flee the residence and called 911 to inform them of the mistake.  Cameron Works employee did not stopped the demolition even though neighbors informed them of their mistake by showing them the decrepit building to the left of the home that had actual notices on its fence labeling it condemned.

The family has set up a Facebook account and is hoping people from the Valley can help them with donations or by donating furniture, televisions sets or a telephone so that they can get back on their feet, no word yet if Cameron Works is going to help the family that decided to spend the night with their neighbors.
