The warning signs in Parkland Florida went on with no one taking heed. The same thing is happening in Brownsville, we have a prominent lawyer in the City that openly display that he is untouchable, he drnks and drive and is immune from from prosecution because he is untouchable. He was involved in an accident outside Cheddars without even getting a ticket his comments were I am UNTOUCHABLE the cops can't touch me and the state troopers don't have the balls to touch me. We have the warning signs what happens when he injures some innocent person or kills someone then what good are the warning signs.
